This one was interesting! Our client really wanted to take up some of the storage space from the cupboard on the landing to make the en-suite bigger, we extended the en-suite around 300mm from the original size, it makes a great difference and allowed us to fit a large 1600x800 stone shower tray without cramping the room up at all.
All new water feeds were installed in copper and correctly insulated, the shower diverter control box was tucked away in the loft and new central heating feeds were ran to a new radiator location. Scroll to the bottom to see before pictures!
